State3144.com is an unofficial community site made by players. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Century Games or Whiteout Survival. Game names, images, and other game content belong to their owners and appear here for community and commentary purposes.

Records, rankings, and event times are kept by volunteers and may contain mistakes. The game itself is the final word.

• Use your own in-game identity. Don't pose as another player or alliance.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Admins may verify, edit, suspend, or remove accounts to keep the site accurate and safe.

You keep ownership of what you post: community posts, photos, creator links, and transfer request answers. You allow us to show it on the site and to edit or remove it.

Don't post anything that:

• harasses, threatens, or targets other players, including other states;
• shares someone else's personal information or account details;
• is spam, advertising, scams, or account or diamond selling;
• is sexual, hateful, or illegal, or infringes someone else's rights.

Admins may remove content or accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

Don't try to break, overload, or get around the site's security. That includes automated scraping, faking game scores, or accessing admin tools without permission. Requests are rate-limited, and abuse may be blocked.

The Transfer Center helps players learn about State 3144 and contact our team. Sending a request does not guarantee an invite. Transfers follow the game's own rules and timing.

The site is provided free and "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the people who run it are not liable for losses from using it or relying on it, including in-game losses, downtime, or lost data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
